Single Lever Series
All single lever mixer from Century faucets are fitted with a specially designed Italian ceremic disc cartridges.
A unique flow adjustment feature is embodied to enable it to work even at low pressure.
This feature is a first and exclusive in the country but comes as a standard arrangement in all Century faucets.
Faucet Manufacturing Process
Casting: The Start of a Century Swing Faucet: Currently still a raw and inconspicuous brass bar, the raw material melts in the furnace at over 1000 degree centigrade, the liquid metal now takes on a recognizable form. All these were done by Italy IMR Gravity Casting Machine.
Plating: The brass faucet are placed in an electrolytic immersion bath. In one of the most modern plating systems, the faucet now receives a briliantly shiny chrome layer that ensures long lasting durability. It bathes in several electrolytic baths for up to an hour.
Machining: The faucet goes to Machining process. this is computer controlled process. Our cutting-edge machine and experienced workers ensures the gravity casting body has all it’s surfaces finished to a high degree of smoothness.
Assembling: A single Swing faucet comprises almost 30 individual components. In the final assembly, the specialized workers assemble all parts together. No product leaves the factory without first being tested for leaks and optimum spray performance.
Polishing: The faucet enters the polishing stage: The rough casting is polished by hand, to ensure that thesurface has an impressive shine, all flat surfaces and edges are polished manually. Automatic polishing machine is also used to increase the production capacity.

The Set Guidelines Are As Follows:-
One must keep the number of bends in pipeline as mimimum as possible. More than the required bends would throttle the pressure of water. Additionally, vent pipes in the supply lines would give free flow of water from the fittings.
Center to center distance of pipe fitting for hot and cold intel for alla types of wall mounted mixtures should be maintained at 165mm by which any of our wall mixtures can be easily installed without any problem.
By placing the outlet point in the overhead tank at least 2.5mm above the ground level of the tank would prevent the flow foreign paticles, sand etc. along with the water supply into the fitting thus avoiding damage to the working parts.
Post Installation
For a long life of the fitting use wet cloth with soapy water or diluted vinegar to protect the finish and luster.
Avoid using harsh cleaning agents containing abrasives and acids.
Cleaning of areators provided in the fitting at least once in three months also help in undisturbed flow of water.
The areator should be removed an thoroughly rinsed with water.
Cleaning of overhead tanks thoroughly before the wter supply start and also frequently would avoid the desposition of foreign particles.

Care instructions : As a genral instruction, we would advise the fitting dry with a very soft cotton cloth after every use. in case of less dirt, it is sufficent to clean the fitting with soap and wet cloth.
For rigorous cleaning, we advice immersing the sieves in water containing up to 10% vinegar at 20 Celsius. After soaking for 4-5 hours, the sieves must be thorougly rinsed with water.
you must avoid using cleaning agents, which contain hydrochloric acid, formic acid, phosphatic, or cholorine bleaching substances. Also avoid abrasive cleaners scouring pads. If the above instructions are followed, are not warranty claims may be denied.
